All non gray areas in this page should have the browsers default contextmenu

This is if you supply targetNodeIds in contextMenu properties, default behaviour is to stop default contextmenu on the hole document.

Opera is not going to work here because it doesnt trigger events on rightclicks or oncontextmenu
